Staging Your Home

What is staging:
Staging is the detailed preparation of a house to be sold. Staging can be
as simple as arranging existing furniture, or as extensive as repairing,
refurnishing, and redecorating the entire home. The scale varies, but the
purpose is the same, to sell the house as fast as possible at the best prices possible.

Staging Do’s & Don'ts:

• DO - Use colors that are Neutral.
• DO - Eliminate clutter
• DO - Select and arrange furniture to make rooms larger.
• DO - Spruce up the outside of your home.  Curb Appeal is everything.
• DO - Take advantage of outdoor living spaces.
• DON'T - Rationalize that a higher asking price means you will have more wiggle room.
• DON'T - Air your dirty laundry. (Leaving bills, and private papers out.) etc….
• DON'T - Over personalize your space.
